Located in New Port Richey, Florida we offer a quiet alternative to other complexes in larger metropolitan cities!

Community Overview

We are a 55+ community with a self-governing Home Owners Association. There are thirty-two condo units (1 and 2 bedrooms) located in 8 two-story buildings. Large onsite parking lots are available and 28 units include a carport.

Located just off Massachusetts Avenue and Rowan Rd., the condos are within short distance of shopping, recreation facilities, local library and parks.  City and county walking and bike paths are within steps. Rear facing balconies/lanais on each unit overlook acres of natural landscape.

Low monthly maintenance fees include landscaping, trash removal, exterior repairs, building insurance, and upkeep of the property. Condominium owners are responsible for their own utilities (electric and water) and property taxes.

In order to ensure a peaceful and tranquil environment for all, a STRICT NO PET policy has been adopted by our homeowner’s association.

Condominium sales are arranged through owners and their realtors. No on site sales office is available.  Each condo is owner occupied and units may not be purchased as an investment/rental property.
